Optical vacuum coating machine is designed to process AR coating, IR coating, HR coating and other dielectric film for accurate optical element and higher accuracy optical communication product, the IR coating is employed for: military field: infrared thermal imaging system, missile guidance system; security system: infrared camera, night-vision product; optical device: infrared telescope, spectrophotometer; communication field: fiber communication, infrared communication module; industry detecting: infrared thermal imaging detection, infrared spectral analysis etc.

1. Customized design from 800mm to 1800mm diameter.
2. Optical monitoring system and or quartz crystal monitoring system to realize accurate controlling.
3. Double EB gun or one EB gun plus circular EB gun can be optional according to technical requirement.
4. Powerful ion source to clean the surface and achieve better coating adhesion.
5. Stainless steel chamber to minimize air releasing and keep stable vacuum pressure.
6. Polycold system to shorten the vacuum time and increase vacuum degree for better coating performance.
7. International vacuum pump system guarantee the cycle time at any ultimate conditions.
