OD System

The online detecting system is mainly used to measure the thickness of the deposition layer, and the detected data information is fed back to the operating system, so as to realize the automatic control of the deposition thickness.

The measurement approach includes:

1, optical density measurement (OD system). This system measures the coating thickness by the light transmittance.

2, eddy current resistance measurement, this system is to measure the deposition thickness by detecting the surface resistance of the deposition layer.

OD systems is generally used for aluminum metallizing, eddy current measurement systems can be used for any metal coating, such as copper, silver, aluminum, etc.

The system is optional and customized according to customer requirements.
