Optical vacuum coating machine is designed to process AR coating, IR coating, HR coating and other dielectric film for accurate optical element and higher accuracy optical communication product, the AR coating is employed for: optical instrument: telescope, microscope; photography and image field: camera lens, mobile lens; displaying field: mobile screen, computer screen; glasses field: myopia glasses, sunglasses; solar energy field: solar panel etc.

2. International quartz crystal monitoring system to realize accurate controlling.
3. Powerful EB gun can be optional according to technical requirement.
4. End hall or Kaufman ion source to clean the surface and achieve better coating adhesion.
5. Stainless steel chamber to minimize air releasing and keep stable vacuum pressure.
6. Polycold system to shorten the vacuum time and increase vacuum degree for better coating performance.
7. High efficient vacuum pump system guarantee the cycle time at any ultimate conditions.
