Optical vacuum coating machine is designed to process AR coating, IR coating, HR coating and other dielectric film for accurate optical element and higher accuracy optical communication product, the HR coating is employed for: laser field: laser cutting and welding, laser resonator/reflector; optical instrument: astronomical telescope, microscope; optical communication field: fiber communication system, optical isolator; displaying field: LCD, OLED; solar field: solar concentrator etc.

1. Customized design from 800mm to 1800mm diameter.
2. Optical monitoring system and or quartz crystal monitoring system to realize accurate controlling.
3. Double EB gun or one EB gun plus circular EB gun can be optional according to technical requirement.
4. Powerful ion source to clean the surface and achieve better coating adhesion.
5. Stainless steel chamber to minimize air releasing and keep stable vacuum pressure.
6. Polycold system to shorten the vacuum time and increase vacuum degree for better coating performance.
7. International vacuum pump system guarantee the cycle time at any ultimate conditions.
