Composite current collector vacuum metallizing equipment is special designed to produce composite copper foil (MC) and aluminum foil (MA) for new energy industry especially electric vehicle through metallize PET, PP, PI film.

1. Patent design, ensure one time metallizing to achieve 40mΩ.
2. Customized design, the size can be varied according to customer requirement.
3. Integrate resistance evaporation, induction heating, magnetron sputtering technology into one equipment to achieve multiple function.
4. Copper, Aluminum, Silver all can be processed to meet technique requirement.
5. Two sets controlling system, the speed can be up to 800mm for packaging film, also can be slow to 5m/min for MA and MC.
6. Two sets winding approach, make it available to realize one side coating or two side coating at one time.
7. Special design makes it come true to carry out super thick deposition thickness for composite current collector or normal thickness for common packaging material.
