Multifunctional vacuum metallizer machine is specially designed to produce high-end holographic film, hot stamping foil, other security printing material and flexible packaging material through evaporate and deposit Silver, Copper, Aluminum, ZnS, Tin on PET, CPP, BOPP, PVC films for passport, ID card, banknote and other high-end security product.

1 Independent R&D evaporation source, make Aluminum, ZnS and/or Copper, Silver, Tin material compatible in one machine, save investment cost.
2 Patented winding system design, guarantee different substrate achievable in one machine such as PET BOPP CPP PVC and paper.
3 Plasma pretreatment system is employed to achieve better adhesion and surface energy.
4 Two cooling drum to obtain better cooling performance, avoid thermal burn on film.
5 International brand vacuum pump to integrate whole vacuum system such as Leybold, Agilent etc.
6 Siemens motor and inverter plus Siemens CPU and PLC to integrate whole control system, maximum ensure the stability of equipment operation.
