Evaporation boat type vacuum metallizer is utilized to evaporate and deposit Aluminum or ZnS on PET, CPP, OPP, PE, PVC films and Paper to produce Alox film, ZnS film, holographic film, hot stamping foil, food packaging film, flexible packaging paper, thermal insulation film and other anti-counterfeit material etc, the field serviced can be food packaging, wine packaging, tobacco packaging and other flexible packaging industry.

1. Patent designed winding system to guarantee all material compatible in one machine and ensure winding performance, the metallizing speed can be up to 1000m/min, which greatly increase production.
2. Patented design for Alox film, break the industry monopoly, change the traditional packaging industry pattern.
3. International components to assure better performance such as Siemens, Leybold, Edward etc.
4. Customized main drum size, ensuring better cooling and winding effect when metalizing, cooling temp reaching to -20℃which greatly ensures the metalizing quality and prevent film thermal damage.
5. Equipped with frequency converter for vacuum pump, shorten vacuum time and saving power consumption, increase production.
6. OD system online measures film coating layer thickness, providing accurate analysis for product quality control.
7. Adopt integrated design on structure and controlling system, easy to service and maintenance.
